RETURN OF GOODS
When you shop at Sitontop.dk, you always have a 14-day right of return according to Danish law. From the day you notify me that you want to exercise your right of return / cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item - even if it goes beyond the 14 days from the date of receipt. You can e.g. let me know after 13 days and then you have another 14 days to return the item.
Note that the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Otherwise, it will be an assessment of the deterioration of the item, which will then be deducted from the refund.

DO NOT send package per. cash on delivery, it will not be received.
The law says in addition:
You must unpack the item, but do not try it in the water. Like you have to unpack some bedding but not sleep in it.
If the item bears the mark of having been used in addition to it or damaged, you will not lose your right of withdrawal, but you must expect to have to pay for the impairment.
If the item is worthless, you are not entitled to a refund. It is Sitontop.dk that assesses the depreciation of the product.
What assessment can you expect if the item is unpacked and packed in original packaging: Expect 100% refund.
What assessment can you expect if the item is unpacked and the original packaging is damaged or thrown away: Expect 0-10% loss in value.
What assessment can you expect if the item has been taken into use, for example unpacked and used in the water at least once: Expect about 20-30% loss in value. They are a matter of judgment in relation to what the item can be sold for again.
If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the item until it is Sitontop.dk in hand. This means that if the item is lost or damaged during transport, you are responsible for it. You will then in some cases be able to bring a case against the transport company if you have secured yourself against it on the shipment.
We recommend that you store all packaging, instructions for use, labels, etc., as it must be sent back. Otherwise, it may affect your refund, as the item must be able to be resold to another customer.
Note further that you must bear the cost of return shipping yourself. In addition to the price of the item, Sitontop.dk also refunds the delivery fee, which you paid when you bought the item - unless otherwise agreed. If you return parts of an order that triggered free shipping, and the total amount then reaches below the free shipping limit, the shipping will be deducted from the amount of the returned item (s). We can only refund your money once we have received the item and ascertained that it is in proper condition.
Remember to save your receipt from e.g. the post office or the freight center.
Sitontop.dk has 14 days to repay the amount.

NOTE. Please note that the goods do not always come from this address, as they are sent from the remote warehouse in Greve.
With the item, you must enclose a note about whether you want the money returned or exchange for another item. Please also attach your order number and preferably a telephone number or email, which we can contact you in case of doubt.
Unfortunately, the cost of a returned item is not reimbursed. But call or write to me and we can find a solution that is fair to both parties, in case we have made a mistake or there are errors, deficiencies or damage to the purchased item.
NOTE! Important note:
If you have bought kayaks or accessories from the brand Advanced Elements, the item must be returned to Sitontop.dk ApS, Ingridsvej 12, 8600 Silkeborg - and NOT the shipping address from which the item came. It is remotely stored and goods are not returned unless agreed in advance.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
You have a 24 month right to make a complaint. However, you must inform in a reasonable time and within 2 months after you have found the error or defect.
DELIVERY
Unless otherwise stated on the individual item, there is usually 1-2 days delivery time. At pt. sold out items there is 10-14 days delivery. For temporarily discontinued items, there may be a longer time - e.g. a seasonal product or "off season".
Shipping costs for an order containing at least one kayak or at least one paddle board is DKK 125.
Shipping costs for an order containing equipment alone are DKK 80.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made with Visa / Dankort, Visa card, Visa Elektron, Mastercard, Maestro and invoice (institutions and companies - contact us first). Payment is made via an encrypted server via a 3rd party payment gateway and is as secure as using your credit card in the supermarket. All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and including 25% VAT.
The amount will be deducted from your card within 2 days of purchase.
JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW
Any dispute between the buyer and Sitontop.DK ApS - including interpretation of Sitontop.dk ApS's terms of trade - is settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen in accordance with Danish law with Danish as the valid language.
